Scientific Research
Focusing on the clinical issues of tumor drug resistance formation and metastasis occurrence, Du Jing has constructed cells with relevant core molecular markers, discovered novel anti-tumor compounds through high-throughput screening and new use of old drugs strategies, and conducted in-depth mechanistic studies. Taking key components of the tumor stem cell-specific Hedgehog signaling pathway as the base, Du Jing has profoundly analyzed the upstream and downstream regulatory networks at the epigenetic levels of histone modifications, RNA modifications and long-stranded non-coding RNAs. She has published more than 10 scientific papers in SCI and core journals with first and corresponding authors, of which four are in JCR Q1 with the highest impact factor of 15.1 for a single paper. She has presided over eight research projects, including four national and provincial projects. She received the Provincial Medical Science and Technology Award. She has also won the third prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Shandong Pharmaceutical Association, and the Binzhou Natural Science Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. She has served as an expert in the review of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and has served as a reviewer in a number of SCI journals.
