A Strategic Cooperation Agreement was Signed with Shandong Academy of Chinese Medicine

On the morning of November 10, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Binzhou Medical University (BMU) and Shandong Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine was held in the Reception Room on the 10th floor of the Library building. Liu Qingming, Head of Shandong Academy of Chinese Medicine, Wu Xiaowen, Deputy Head of Shandong Academy of Chinese Medicine and two staffs of Shandong Academy of Chinese Medicine attended the ceremony. Zhao Shengtian, Presient of BMU, Wang Guangcheng, Vice President of BMU, and other relevant people in charge from Administrative Office and the School of Pharmacy attended the ceremony.

Meeting Scene

Before the signing ceremony, President Zhao Shengtian met with Liu Qingming. He first welcomed the delegation led by Liu Qingming and introduced the faculty, scientific research and talent training of the Traditional Chinese Medicine discipline and Science of Chinese Materia Medica discipline in recent years. Liu Qingming introduced the conditions of Shandong Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. President Zhao Shengtian said that BMU is willing to build a long-term win-win cooperation mechanism by taking mutual advantages and following the principle of equality and mutual benefit. It should be a demand oriented strategic cooperation carried out in science and technology innovation of Chinese Medicine, industrial transformation, and talent cultivation through collaborative innovation, which combines mutual superior resources. It will serve the regional economic development and integrates into Shandong Old and New Kinetic Energy Conversion Project.

After meeting, Liu Qingming, Head of Shandong Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wang Guangcheng, Vice President of BMU signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Shandong Academy of Chinese Medicine and Binzhou Medical University.

After the signing ceremony, relevant professionals conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions and visited the teaching and research laboratories of School of Pharmacy, BMU.
