In order to practice the spirit of the video conference of Shandong education system for Epidemic Prevention and Control and fulfill the Provincial Department of Educations requirements on epidemic prevention and control of schools in winter, Discipline Inspection Commission of Binzhou Medical University (BMU) formed three supervision groups from November 9 to 16 to carry out special inspection on the implementation of epidemic prevention and control in campus through the approach of “Four Nos and Two Directs”. During the supervision, Discipline Inspection Commission checked the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in the North Gate, West Gate, International Student Apartment Building, G4 Apartment Building, Canteen, Express Stations, Teaching Building, etc., as well as the stock of epidemic prevention materials and pointed out existing problems. On November 18, Ma Dongtai, Secretary of BMU Discipline Inspection Commission, led a team to check the rectification of those problems.

The inspection team led by Ma Dongtai visited places with large flow of people, such as the International Student Apartment Building, the West Gate of BMU, the Canteen and the Express Station, checked relevant management accounts, asked relevant conditions, and put forward rectification requirements for the problems found during the inspection.

Ma Dongtai gave credit for the rectification of problems found in the previous epidemic prevention and control work. He emphasized that all Schools and departments must continue to strictly adhere to the epidemic prevention and control measures, resolutely prevent fluke mind in work and fully implement all measures to prevent and control the epidemic. We need to promote policy publicity, enhance teachers and students’ awareness of epidemic prevention and control and strictly enforce the daily health management of teachers and students. We need to focus on logistics management in places, such as canteens and focus on cold chain food management. We need to strengthen prevention and control of the epidemic in service of express delivery and takeaway. We need to pay much more attention to places with large flows of people, such as classrooms and student dormitories. We should strive to build a strong campus security line to ensure a safe learning and living environment for all faculty members and students.
