At the same time, Zhang pointed out that it is important to accurately solve students troubles that are commonly put forward. We should plan ahead and find all kinds of problems in an early stage and we should constantly improve the mechanism and methods to build a satisfying student affairs management model with characteristics of BMU.

Relevant responsible staffs gave on-site responses to a number of 101 hot issues, involving education and teaching, logistics services, dormitory management, volunteer services, and maintenance of living facilities. They determined to seriously consider the suggestions put forward by students, actively carry out rectification, and promote the implementation of reasonable suggestions as soon as possible.

Student Affairs Reception Day consists of various forms, including centralized reception, luncheons, online opinion collection board and question feedback hotlines, through which more than 1,000 requests from students have been accepted and handled. In the future, BMU will continue to carry out Student Affairs Reception Day, focus on the hot issues that students are concerned about, and actively coordinate relevant departments to solve the problems. We will make efforts to give feedback to each request to build a good learning environment for students and to promote the construction of a high-level medical university with outstanding advantages and distinctive features.
