On April 15th, the inpection teams repectively led by Vice President Bai Xianyong, Vice President Wang Guangcheng and Vice President Sun Xiangjun, together with the heads of relevant functional departments, went to key areas and places on Yantai campus, including teaching and research offices, teaching buildings, experimental centers, hazardous chemicals warehouses, express delivery points, student apartments and stores, staff dormitories, warehouses for epidemic prevention materials, kindergartens, school hospital, and student cafeterias to inspect the preparation for offline teaching resumption.
The school leaders inspected the implementation of the epidemic prevention and control of palaces they went, and listened to reports from relevant functional departments and schools on offline teaching organization arrangements, key site management, campus environment disinfection and rectification, and safe production and inspected the facility conditions of various teaching places, such as professional laboratories and classrooms on the spot.
The school leaders emphasized that low risk for epidemic prevention and control does not mean zero risk. All departments, units, and schools must always tighten the strings of epidemic prevention and control and must not be less alert and relax the efforts. Preparatory for online teaching resumption should be reviewed and checked, and requirements of relevant departments at higher level for epidemic prevention and control and safety in offline teaching resumption should be strictly implemented. We should ensure the resumption of offline teaching with stricter requirements, more detailed measures and better services and guarantee the smooth transition and orderly switching between online and offline teaching activities.
