When I informed my family I was travelling to China to pursue my dreams of acquiring medical degree, It was met with great skepticism. However, I believe it has been one of the greatest choices I have made thus far in life. Binzhou Medical University afforded me the avenue to take a step towards my dreams.
I have made friends with people from all walks of life. The level of diversity (cultural, religious, ethnic) among international students has taught me a great deal about coexisting with various entities; and I am exceedingly grateful for that.
The climate of Yantai, the beautiful coastal city on the Shandong peninsula where the university is makes life more comfortable. I hope when it's all over, I can look back my years with pleasant nostalgia.
