On December 23-26, 2022 National Annual Meeting of Occupational Therapy of the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine and the Final of the First "Klarity Cup" Occupational Therapy Short Video Contest were held in Shenzhen both online and offline. The short video titled Hello Li Xiaobei created by Zhao Xiaolong, Jiang Shan, Li Shuangchao, and Meng Wenxiu, who are students in grade 2019 majoring in rehabilitation therapy (occupational therapy direction) under the guidance of Ma Ke, a teacher from the School of Rehabilitation Medicine of Binzhou Medical University (BMU) stood out from the preliminaries and semi-final and won the first prize of the competition in the first place.
The short video contest's theme was Belong, be you. By sharing stories of occupational therapists or patients, the contestants promoted the knowledge as well as treatment methods, equipment, subjects, and scenes of occupational therapy to the public to make more people know and understand occupational therapy. 56 teams around the country submitted their short videos since the competition kicked off on World Occupational Therapy Day in 2021. 11 teams entered the final after the expert review and selection.
