Recently, Shandong Provincial Department of Education issued the list of winners of the 2022 Shandong Provincial high-quality micro-courses competition for innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities. Among the four projects recommended by our university, three won the first prize, and one won the second prize. Our university ranks first in the number of high-level awards in the province's colleges and universities, which adds another brilliant achievement to our innovation and entrepreneurship course construction.
It is reported that this selection covers more than 100 higher education institutions in the province that design and develop innovative and entrepreneurial education micro-courses. After recommendation by the university, preliminary and final evaluations of the provincial competition, a total of 257 excellent micro-course resources for innovative and entrepreneurial education were selected, including 42 special prizes, 84 first prizes, and 131 second prizes. All of them will be included in the Shandong Provincial high-quality micro-course resource library for innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities and will be freely open to the public.
In recent years, the university has attached great importance to the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship education, continuously strengthened the teachers' ability to teach innovation and entrepreneurship, and developed innovative and entrepreneurial course resources. Special works such as the construction of an innovative and entrepreneurial course group and a double-creation teaching series workshop have been launched. A total of 36 innovative and entrepreneurial courses have been developed, and 25 innovative and entrepreneurial teaching workshops have been held. Through teachers and students' participation, experience, and dialogue, the university has effectively improved the teachers' ability to teach innovation and entrepreneurship and the level of course construction.
