To further promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education at Binzhou Medical University (BMU), the university has decided to create a team of mentors for innovation and entrepreneurship education. The mentors come from BMU and other institutions and take on full-time and part-time duties. On the morning of April 21, BMU held a ceremony for appointing college student innovation and entrepreneurship mentors and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lecture Hall in the lecture hall on the sixth floor of the Library and Office Building. Sun Xiangjun, Deputy Secretary of CPC BMU Committee delivered a speech at the ceremony. Zhang Yulong, Member of the CPC BMU Committee and Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC BMU Committee, announced the list of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors. The ceremony was hosted by Gu Yuchun, Head of the Student Affairs Department.

On behalf of BMU, Sun Xiangjun expressed gratitude to all the individuals and organizations that have supported the innovation and entrepreneurship education of students at BMU. He also congratulated all the newly appointed mentors. He noted that BMU places great importance on innovation and entrepreneurship education. To achieve this, BMU has strengthened its top-level design and released a series of documents and results. As a result, the university has made some noteworthy results in developing innovation and entrepreneurship education tailored to the characteristics of the university's disciplines and specialties. He hoped that the newly appointed innovation and entrepreneurship mentors would be fully aware of the importance of their role in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.

The ceremony was immediately followed by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lecture Activity. Zhou Jingang, Executive Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Shandong Technology and Business University, became the guest of the lecture. By referring to his rich practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, he provided valuable opinions and suggestions for teachers and students in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
