Recently, the Chinese Doctor Qualification Certification Center of National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine announced the results of the 2023 Aptitude Test for Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors. 234 TCM majors from the class of 2019 of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine participated in the assessment. The total pass rate ranks first across the country.
A total of 16,382 candidates from 41 colleges and universities across the country participated in this test. The pass rate of BMU’s students in basic medical knowledge is 94.02%, the pass rate of basic clinical skills is 99.57%, and the total pass rate is 93.59%, ranking first in the country. The mastery rate of basic theory of TCM is 84.06%, higher than the national mastery rate of 11.37%. The mastery rate of TCM diagnostics is 79.76%, higher than the national mastery rate of 13.19%. The mastery rate of Chinese pharmacy is 78.90%, higher than the national mastery rate of 16.41%. The mastery rate of prescription is 82.87%, higher than the national mastery rate of 24.29%. And the mastery rates of different modules are all higher than the national average.
