On the afternoon of November 15, BMU held a donation ceremony of Love for a Warm Winter in the National Special Education Demonstration Park. Yu Jingke, Deputy Secretary of CPC BMU Committee, Deputy General Manager Wang Zhengqiang of Longkou Jiangda Auto Parts Co., LTD., Yang Yutao, Chief Accountant of BMU and Secretary General of the BMU Education Development Foundation, Du Yongli, Director of the Women's Committee, and Deputy Director Lv Haibo of the United Front Work Department of CPC BMU Committee attended the ceremony. Party Secretary Cui Baohua of the School of Special Education and Rehabilitation presided over the ceremony. Counselors, volunteers, and more than 30 representatives of visually impaired students attended the ceremony.

He expressed his heartfelt thanks to Longkou Jiangda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. for its charitable donation, and pointed out that this is a kind act that reflects love, warms the heart and unites the people, and is a practical cause to promote traditional virtues and build a harmonious society. This act of benevolence and kindness of the enterprise is highly consistent with the benevolence culture of the University, bringing together the spiritual power of upward kindness, and inspiring the majority of disabled students to be grateful and to strive for all-round success.

Mr. Wang Zhengqiang donated 100,000 yuan to the Education Development Foundation of BMU on behalf of Longkou Jiangda Auto Parts Co., LTD. He expressed with emotion that as a responsible enterprise, it is incumbent to participate in donation activities to help students with difficulties. The company will do its best to help more students in the future and send warmth to everyone.
As the representative of the students, Zhang Mengqing, a totally blind girl expressed her sincere thanks to the caring enterprises, to the University and to the teachers. She said that being inspired by the spirit of love and good deeds, she and the assisted students would remember this warmth, carry forward the indomitable will and self-improvement spirit, study hard and strive for progress, pass on this love, and help more people in need of help with their own strength.
It is reported that the charity donation activity has lasted for many years. Launched by BMU Women's Committee, and by actively contacting charitable enterprises, it raises funds to carry out donation activities every year. The donation this time includes down jackets for a total of 84 disabled students as warm support for them to go through the winter.
