BMU achieved good results in the First Chinese Classics Chanting Contest by People with Disabilities in Shandong Province

Recently, the finals of the First Chinese Classics Chanting Contest by People with Disabilities in Shandong Province, was successfully concluded in Jinan, through the joint effort of the Shandong Disabled People's Federation, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. All the seven works presented by the School of Special Education and Rehabilitation of BMU won awards.

 

Among them, The Wave that Never Dies and Thank You for Lighting up My Life won the second prize of the visually impaired adult group. Military Salute and Ode to the Yellow River won the third prize of the visually impaired adult group. Run with the Dream so that Live up to the Expectations of Youth won the first prize of the hearing-impaired adult group. The Voice of Blossoming and Pursuing and Striving for Young Dreams won the third prize of the hearing-impaired adult group.


With the theme of Building Dreams with One Heart·Glorifying China with Chinese Classics, 18 teams in Shandong Province participated in the competition with 196 pieces of work from 8 groups in 4 categories, including visually impaired group, hearing-impaired group, limb disabled group, and intellectual and mental disability group.
