Recently, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Binzhou Medical University and China Assistive Devices and Technology Center for Persons with Disabilities was held in Binzhou Medical University (BMU). Kong Deming, Secretary of the General Party Branch of China Assistive Devices and Technology Center for Persons with Disabilities, and Zhang Hongtao, Director of the Industrial Promotion Office from China Assistive Devices and Technology Center for Persons with Disabilities, Huang Fei, Deputy, President of BMU, and Zhao Jinggang, Vice President of BMU, attended the ceremony.

Huang Fei and Kong Deming signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of BMU and China Assistive Devices and Technology Center for Persons with Disabilities respectively. According to the agreement, the two sides will strengthen all-round cooperation in talent training, scientific research, exchange and cooperation, and setting up of assistive devices service system, to build a four-in-one assistive device service framework of “basic research-talent training-clinical assistive device-rehabilitation service”, and achieve the “industry-university-research-application” collaboration, jointly promoting and serving the high-quality development of China's higher education for the disabled and the assistive device industry.

After the signing ceremony, Kong Deming and his delegation visited the National Special Education Demonstration Park of BMU.
Leaders in charge of the Science and Technology Department (Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Center), Department of Cooperation and Development (Local Development Service Office), and School of Special Education and Rehabilitation attended the signing ceremony and accompanied the visiting.
